Hammered Fragrance Co. creates handcrafted fragrance products including eau de parfum, room fragrances, and related products. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, appearance, and scent profile may occur.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other circumstances.
Fragrance products may contain ingredients that cause allergic reactions or sensitivity in certain individuals. Customers should review product descriptions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Hammered Fragrance Co. is not responsible for reactions caused by individual sensitivities.
Custom fragrance consultations involve creative collaboration between the customer and Hammered Fragrance Co. Custom formulations are artistic interpretations and cannot guarantee a customer's perception, preference, or approval.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Hammered Fragrance Co. does not store complete payment card information.
All branding, logos, product names, descriptions, photography, and creative content belong to Hammered Fragrance Co. LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hammered Fragrance Co. LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
